Patient is a 49-year-old woman who developed sagginess of the breasts and abdomen wall with multiple pregnancies. She underwent tummy tuck with flank liposuction, as well as breast augmentation with silicone implants (397 cc). She is seen 3 months postoperatively with a dramatic change in her body shape and appearance.
