The patient is a 23 year old woman who had two children, resulting in droopiness of the breasts, loss of breast volume, and lost of abdominal wall tone. She underwent an abdominoplasty with some liposuction of the hips and upper abdomen, as well as breast augmentation with 330 cc smooth round moderate profile implants. She also underwent a breast lift with an incision around the areola (circumareolar mastopexy). She is seen 6 weeks after surgery with a remarkable transformation in the breasts and abdomen.
