Patient is a 28-year-old woman with weight gain and significant changes to her abdomen and breasts after multiple pregnancies. She underwent an extended tummy tuck and circumareolar mastopexy (breast lift with incision surrounding pigmented skin around the nipple) with breast implant placement (Silicone 339 cc). She is seen 7 months after surgery.
