The patient is a 35-year-old woman who experiences significant changes to her abdominal wall and breasts after multiple pregnancies. She was above her ideal body weight, but unable to lose additional weight prior to surgery. She underwent a tummy tuck with love handle liposuction and breast augmentation (moderate profile 339 cc silicone implants) with circumareolar lift (incision around the pigmented skin surrounding the nipple). She is seen 7 months after surgery with a dramatically different appearance to her abdominal wall and breasts.
