The patient is a 25 year old woman who wished to undergo one-cup size enhancement of her breasts, from a B cup to a C cup. Endoscopic transaxillary (incision in the armpit) breast augmentation was performed using 300 cc moderate profile round saline implants. Six weeks after surgery, she has a pleasing appearance to the breasts.
