This is a 19 year old woman wearing an A cup bra wishing enhancement to a C cup. She underwent breast augmentation with saline 330 cc smooth round moderate profile implants placed through an inframammary incision (below the breast crease). She is seen 6 weeks after surgery with fuller, shapelier breasts.
