The patient is a 41-year-old woman who developed breast ptosis (droopiness) and loss of breast fullness after multiple pregnancies. She desired breast augmentation and breast lift (mastopexy). She underwent breast lift with a circumareolar incision (incision around the areola, which is the pigmented skin surrounding the nipple) and insertion of 350 cc silicone high profile implants. She is seen 4 months after surgery.
