The patient is a 39-year-old woman who experienced significant breast asymmetry, droopiness and loss of volume after multiple pregnancies. She underwent breast augmentation with breast lift, with utilization of different-sized implants and incisions. On her right side, which was smaller and less droopy, she underwent a lift with a circumareolar incision (around the pigmented skin surrounding the nipple) with placement of a 375 cc high profile silicone gel implant. On the left, which was droopier, she underwent a lift with a circumvertical (lollipop) incision and augmentation with a 300 cc high profile silicone gel implant. She’s seen 2 months after surgery; the incisions will continue to fade over time.
