This patient is a 49-year-old woman who experienced deflation of the breasts after pregnancy and with aging. She underwent breast augmentation (397cc Allergan mid-range silicone gel implants) through inframammary incisions. The patient is seen 3 months after surgery with fuller, rounder breasts.
